Wafer Frame (Wafer Ring)
Wafer frame provided by us. It protects wafers during wafer handling operations and transportation. Wafer frames are widely used for in-process wafer handling during wafer backgrinding operations, wafers during IC packaging, dicing and pick and place operations, and wafer sorting and/or chip transport for test operations.
Stainless steel material can be reused and recycled. We offer short lead times and competitive prices for standard 6″, 8″ and 12″ wafer ring frames. The high quality wafer ring frames offer customers a lower cost of ownership, except for SEMI standard sizes In addition, we can also make crystal frame with special specifications according to customer’s drawing requirements.
Our Wafer Ring Frame is compatible with the market-leading Disco machine.
