Metal Frame Cassette / Wafer frame carrier is used in the semiconductor packaging process to carry a fixed wafer frame (Metal Frame), isolate and protect the wafer, and is used for each process machine to transfer, store and protect the packaging wafer. You can also choose OHT Handling transmission with AMHS to reduce manual handling operations.
